Pick a template. Send us your stuff. Be online next week. Fixed prices, no meetings about meetings.
How it works
Have a look at the demos below. Each one works at 1, 3, or 5 pages. Pick the one that feels like your business.
Your logo, your photos, your words (bullet points are fine, we'll tidy them), and access to your domain if you have one. We'll send you a short checklist so nothing gets missed.
We swap your content into the template, you get two rounds of tweaks, and then it's live. You own your domain and hosting. We keep it running if you want us to.
“About a week” means about a week from when we have your stuff. The checklist is short. The delay is usually the photos. The templates
These are demo businesses we made up so you can see each template working hard. Click through, try them on your phone, imagine your name at the top.

Pricing
One good scrolling page. Who you are, what you do, how to reach you. Contact form included.
See a $950 site →Home, contact, and a page that shows your work written out properly — not squeezed into a scroll.
See a $1,950 site →Adds proper service pages and a Google Business Profile setup, so people searching for what you do can actually find you.
See a $2,950 site →Why pay for more pages? Google ranks pages, not businesses. A five-pager can show up for “hot water tank replacement Langley”; a one-pager shows up for your name. More pages, more ways in — the demos above are the same business at all three sizes, go compare.
Every site includes mobile-first design, a contact form, your own hosting and domain in your name, two rounds of revisions, and the first 3 months of care.
Care
Websites aren't fire-and-forget. Software updates, security patches, the odd content change, the “can you swap the hours for the holidays” text. The care plan covers all of it: we watch your site, keep it updated and secure, and handle up to an hour of changes every month. You get a real reply from a real person, usually the same day.
Every new site includes its first 3 months free, so you can see what it's like before deciding.
About
Two Flags is Aaron and Sam. Aaron's a designer from New Zealand. Sam's a developer from the UK. We're both Canadian now, both in BC, and both a bit tired of watching good local businesses get stuck with bad websites or $15,000 quotes, with nothing in between.
So we built the in-between. Aaron designed a small set of templates properly, once. Sam built a system that turns them into your site quickly. That's why the prices look like that: you're not paying us to reinvent anything, you're paying us to do a known thing well.
Two Flags is the template arm of two independent studios. Aaron runs Serif + Gold, a design practice. Sam runs samjennings.dev, a development consultancy. When a job needs more than a template, that's where it goes.
Bigger jobs
Some jobs need custom design, online stores, web apps, or systems built from scratch. We don't bend the templates into that, because that's how sites end up bad and budgets end up doubled. Those jobs go upstairs to Serif + Gold and samjennings.dev, where they're done properly. If that's you, book the same call and we'll point you the right way. No hard feelings either direction.
FAQ
Your words, photos, logo, and colours go into the template's structure. The layout, sections, and design system stay as they are. That's the deal that makes the price possible. If you want the layout changed, that's a custom job, and we'll say so upfront.
Small stuff often just gets done. Bigger stuff is billed at a flat hourly rate we'll tell you before starting. No surprise invoices.
You own your domain, your hosting account, and your content, all in your own name from day one. If we part ways, your site keeps running and nothing is held hostage. The template code stays with us, which is how we keep the prices where they are.
A logo (or your blessing to keep it simple), photos, your text or at least bullet points, and domain access. We send a short checklist. Most people gather everything in an evening.
We know a photographer. Or we'll make stock photos not look like stock photos. Both work.
Not at template prices. That's a bigger-job conversation — see “when a template isn't the answer” above.
The site pauses until you're square. We're not monsters about it, but the plan only works if it works.
Fraser Valley, BC. Happy to meet over coffee if you're local, or a call if you're not.
