Dripping taps, running toilets, leaks under sinks, pipe bursts, and no-hot-water mornings. Most small repairs are done in one visit — we carry the common parts in the van. Emergencies get a real human on the phone at 3am and a plumber on the road, not a call centre promising a callback.
Tank repairs and replacements, tankless (on-demand) installs, and honest advice about which makes sense. If your tank is under 8 years old, we'll usually try to fix it before selling you a new one. Replacements are typically same-day or next-day, and we take the old tank away.
Slow drains, blockages, sewer smells, and recurring backups. We run a camera before we quote anything big, and you see what we see. Hydro-jetting, root cutting, and spot repairs — and we'll tell you if it's a city-side problem so you're not paying us for the municipality's job.
Bathroom and kitchen renos, basement suites, and fixture upgrades. We work clean alongside your other trades, show up when the schedule says, and rough-in to code the first time so your inspection doesn't stall.
Toilets, taps, sinks, dishwashers, water filtration, and outdoor taps. Supply your own fixture or have us source it at trade price — either way the install's warrantied.
