Whitmore Law

Plain answers to hard questions.

Whitmore Law is a solo practice in White Rock, focused on family law, wills and estates, and small business. You deal with one lawyer — me — and you'll always understand what's happening with your file.

What I can help with.

Family

Separation, divorce, parenting arrangements, and agreements. Steady guidance through the least steady time most people ever navigate.

Wills & estates

Wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, and probate. The paperwork that makes hard days easier for the people you love.

Small business

Incorporations, contracts, leases, and the disputes that didn't need to become lawsuits. Legal groundwork for owner-operators.

How I work

No mystery, no meter anxiety.

Every matter starts with a real conversation about what it's likely to cost — flat fees where the work is predictable (most wills and incorporations), clear estimates where it isn't. You'll never open an invoice and be surprised. If something changes the scope, you'll hear it from me before it changes the bill.

About Naomi Whitmore.

I was called to the BC bar in 2009 and spent eight years at a mid-size firm in Vancouver before opening Whitmore Law in White Rock in 2017.

  • LL.B., University of Victoria
  • Called to the BC Bar, 2009
  • Law Society of British Columbia member in good standing
  • Collaborative family law training

“Naomi explained in one meeting what two other consultations left foggy. We left knowing exactly what our options were.”

— R.M., South Surrey

“She handled my mother's estate with patience I didn't know lawyers had. Every step was explained before it happened.”

— D.K., White Rock

Book a consultation.

Choose a time that works, tell me briefly what it's about, and we'll meet by video or at the White Rock office. If your matter is urgent — a court date, a deadline — say so in the notes and I'll do my best to move things.

Everything you send through this form is treated as confidential. Sending it doesn't create a lawyer-client relationship yet — that starts once we've met and agreed to work together — but discretion starts immediately.
